The City Council has decided to build a new sports hall at Bogafjell.In this regard, the contracting authority intends to award a contract for the design and construction of Bogafjell sports hall with a floor space of approx. 2 800 m2.The assignment includes: Detailed design based on sketches, construction of the sports hall, landscaping of grounds, and delivery and installation of fixtures.
The project will be implemented as a modified turnkey. The sports hall and outdoor area are planned for use by start of school in August 2015, and the business takeover conducted by 1.7.2015.The contractor must have the capacity to complete the sports hall and outdoor facilities in accordance with the contract, so that the hand-off can take place no later than 31.10.2015.The project will be designed and built according to criteria for low energy buildings.
