Control calculations of existing bridges

The Contracting authority would like offers on the delivery of Control calculations of existing bridges i.e. statistical calculations to find the capacity for traffic load.
The offer applies to the following subtasks:
Subtask 1: Classification;
Subtask 2: Dispensations.
Both subtasks are included in the overall assignments.
There is an assumed annual scope of 1.7 million NOK, for a total of 6.8 million NOK during the 4 year period if the option is used.
The framework agreement means that the Norwegian Public Roads Administration (Statens vegvesen Vegdirektoratet) has the opportunity to purchase relevant works from the supplier, but no obligation. This agreement can be used both for bridges in government and county ownership.
Agreements will be entered into with 3 companies.
There will be specific supplementary agreements for each individual operation to be carried out where the contracting authority specified.
The aim of the procurement is to assist the Norwegian Public Roads Administration with calculation of load and associated capacities by classification of bridges and in connection with processing of applications for dispensation for driving of heavy transports.
The contract duration is 2 years with the possibility of extension with 1 + 1 years, such that the total possible length of the agreement is 4 years. Closer description of the procurement is stated in the tender documents part D "Description/Requirements Specification".

Vilkår for deltakelse
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1. A statement of the supplier's average workforce and the number of employees in the administrative management during the last three years.
Overview of the technical personnel that the organization has at their disposal and a description of what can be offered by capacity.
2. Certificate for the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies that confirms that the supplier meets certain quality assurance standards, e.g. ISO 9001:2002.
The Contracting authority also accepts other documentation that shows that the supplier has equivalent quality assurance measures. As a minimum, a general description of the contents of the system including an overview of control plans and check-lists that are relevant for this contract must be given.
