Boligbygg has a need to join up with an external service provider for fire prevention measures; fire protection manager at the contracting authority's particular fire objects, as well as engineering design services and various consultancy assignments.
The assignment is divided into 2 parts. Part 1: Execution of the assignment of fire protection consultant/fire protection manager, who shall carry out various inspection assignments, inspections and measures connected to fire prevention measures at the contracting authority's particular fire objects. The contracting authority has defined 94 of the buildings in its property portfolio as particular fire objects. 44 identified large propoerties and 50 small houses.
Part 2: Engineering design services and various consultancy assignments that are naturally included in this type of service procurement. This part is estimated to approx. 1 500 hours per annum. Emphasis is put on the fact that this is only an estimate and the assignment volume will not be concretised when the contract is signed. Call-offs will take place as and when the contracting authority's needs materialise. The contracting authority also reserves the right to withdraw one or several properties, alternatively add one or several properties to the assignment as a result of buying/selling, change of use, changes in economic or political framework terms etc.
