Contract E04 Stage 2 Sub contracts building for public and warehouse building at the Romsdal museum

Romsdal's Museum, as the contracting authority, invites competitive tenders for the following construction contracts associated with new public and administrative buildings at Romsdal's Museum:
Contract E 04 stage 2. Sub contracts building for the public and warehouse building.
Separate tenders shall be given for one or several of the following sub contracts:
E04.31 Floor
E04.32 Doors and internal glass sections etc.
E04.33 Ceilings
E04.34 Painting and wallpapering works
E04.35 Kitchen fittings and equipment
E04.36 Auditorium fittings
All offers are to be delivered electronically via the Mercell portal, www.mercell.no within the deadline. Late tenders will be rejected. (The system does not allow tenders to be sent in electronically via Mercell after the deadline for receipt of tenders).

It is recommended that the offer is submitted well before the deadline, for example a minimum of 1 hour before the tender deadline.
Should there be additional information from the Contracting Authority which leads to you wanting to change your offer before the tender deadline, you can go in and open the offer, make any changes and resubmit right up until the tender deadline. The last delivered quotation is considered as the final quote. The new offer must satisfy the same formal requirements.
The offer requires electronic signature upon delivery.
During the submission of the offer you will be asked for an electronic signature to prove that it is the actual tenderer who has sent the offer. You can obtain an electronic signature at www.commfides.com, www.buypass.no or www.bankid.no.
Please note that it may take several days for the electronic signature to be delivered to you and as such this process should be initiated as soon as possible.
Mercell recommends that you test sign the available certificate as soon as possible (well before the tender deadline). The test functionality is located in the registration/tender submission steps.
