Romsdal's Museum, as the contracting authority, invites competitive tenders for the following construction contracts associated with new public and administrative buildings at Romsdal's Museum:
Contract E 04 stage 2. Sub contracts building for the public and warehouse building.
Separate tenders shall be given for one or several of the following sub contracts:
E04.31 Floor
E04.32 Doors and internal glass sections etc.
E04.33 Ceilings
E04.34 Painting and wallpapering works
E04.35 Kitchen fittings and equipment
E04.36 Auditorium fittings
All offers are to be delivered electronically via the Mercell portal, www.mercell.no within the deadline. Late tenders will be rejected. (The system does not allow tenders to be sent in electronically via Mercell after the deadline for receipt of tenders).
If you are not a Mercell user, or you have any questions related to functionality of the tool, for example, how to give quotes, please contact Mercell Support on tel: +47 21018860 or e-mail to: support@mercell.com.
It is recommended that the offer is submitted well before the deadline, for example a minimum of 1 hour before the tender deadline.
Should there be additional information from the Contracting Authority which leads to you wanting to change your offer before the tender deadline, you can go in and open the offer, make any changes and resubmit right up until the tender deadline. The last delivered quotation is considered as the final quote. The new offer must satisfy the same formal requirements.
The offer requires electronic signature upon delivery.
During the submission of the offer you will be asked for an electronic signature to prove that it is the actual tenderer who has sent the offer. You can obtain an electronic signature at www.commfides.com, www.buypass.no or www.bankid.no.
Please note that it may take several days for the electronic signature to be delivered to you and as such this process should be initiated as soon as possible.
Mercell recommends that you test sign the available certificate as soon as possible (well before the tender deadline). The test functionality is located in the registration/tender submission steps.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Company Registration Certificate.
Requirement to submit Tax Certificate for VAT (National requirement).
Requirement to submit Tax Certificate for tax (National requirement).
Requirement to submit declaration in accordance with Regulations attachment 2 on HSE (National requirement).
To be eligible, the supplier pledges to have workers having the pay and working conditions in compliance with the provisions in 2008-02-08 No. 112 relating to wages and working conditions in public contracts imposed on suppliers of advertised service contracts and construction contracts. Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Supplier must document that the company has financial execution capabilities by submission of official annual accounts for the last two years, 2011 and 2012 attached to the boards and auditor's report.
Liability Insurance shall have a minimum coverage in accordance with. NS 8415:2008, point 10. Copy of insurance policy is attached as documentation.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
To be eligible, the tenderer must document that all of the tenderers' entities and the tenderer's subcontractors have sufficient professional and technical expertise to carry out deliveries within the contract requirements. The supplier shall document this using: a. Reference list describing the firm's main comparable, relevant references from the past 3 years. The references shall indicate the contract place, value and contact person at the contracting authority. b) Reference list describing subcontractors important references from the past three years. The references shall state the contract's place, value and a contact person at the contracting authority. c. Necessary certifications for execution of the relevant contract.(F. e.g. certifications in relation to the Planning and Building Act.

At the tenderer's organisation, the project manager, construction site manager(s), schedule planner and the person responsible for SHE must be Norwegian speaking. Documented by a declaration. See also section 3.4 in Administrative regulations regarding language in the project.
