Contract 2014/2708 – Replacement of MR at Ålesund Hospital

The health company currently has 2 MR machines at Ålesund Hospital.
One of the current MR machines is placed in the same building as the company administration; outside the hospital building.
This MR machine is 12 years old and we would like to replace it with a new 1.5 Tesla MR close to the existing MR machine at the hospital.
The new installation shall be placed so that we can get the best possible interaction effect with the existing manoeuver room, examination room and patient prepartation/waiting area.
In this way we will establish an appropriate and efficient MR lab with 2 available MR machines.
The engineering design services and the necessary constructional adaptations have not been completed.
Particular attention is drawn to the fact that the contracting authority will reject all the tenders if the MR procurement and the ncessary constructional adaptations are not fully financed.
The contracting authority uses Mercell Sourcing Service.

KK Company registration certificate. Requirement: Tenderers shall be legally established enterprises, sole traders or companies under establishment (CIS) Documentation requirement.
Established companies:
A certificate from the Register of Business Enterprises or certificate of registration in the professional register with regard to the legislation in the country in which the tender is established.
Recently established or in the process of being established: Certificate from the Register Of Business Enterprises or if not available, the Memorandum of Association (AS).
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
KK Quality assurance system.
Requirement: A good and well functioning quality assurance system is required.
Certification in accordance with ISO 9000 or equivalent.
A description of the company's own quality assurance system that is not certified can also fulil this qualification requirement.
Documentation requirement: Certificate or other paper that documents the qualification requirement.
KK - Service Requirement: The tender shall have a service organisation that has good expertise and experience in the service/repair of the tendered equipment.
Documentation requirement: Description of the service department or organisation.
KK - Reference Requirements: Experience is required from the corresponding contracts.
Documentation requirement: List the deliveries of the same type and scope in Europe. Provide the contact person, phone number and sales year for the last 3 years.
