The purpose of the contract is to cover NDEA's rentals in their need for consultancy services in connection with the implementation of the project ‘Operation optimization in NDEA’. The purpose and objective of the project is to facilitate best practice in ongoing operations of Defence Estates' property portfolio. The operating chain has been dissolved and assembled into a new optimized value chain to ensure that Defence Estates rentals have an efficient delivery to customers in compliance with the laws and regulations in the field of continuous operation.

Statement of the company's overall turnover and its turnover relevant to the contract, if possible, for the last 3 financial years.
Credit assessment of the supplier, not older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders. The assessment shall be issued by a company with a credit reporting license from the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, see www.datatilsynet.no For foreign suppliers, the credit rating must be issued by a recognized credit rating agency. The result of the credit assessment must be given as a graded value (letters or numbers) on a defined scale.
