A project has been started at the Brønnøysund Register Centre that shall provide a joint uniform system for quality assurance for the organisation. The project's target effects are:
1. High service in the Brønnøysund Register Centre's core processes.
2. High confidence that the Brønnøysund Registre Centre fulfils the interested parties'requirements, needs and expectations for quality assurance.
The Brønnøysund Register Centre shall enter into a framework agreement with a service provider for the provision of consultancy services for the development of a quality assurance system. The framework agreement shall be valid for 1 year from when the contract is established, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for up to 1+1+1 year - total maximum 4 years.

The contracting authority will obtain a company registration certificate for Norwegian service providers. Foreign service providers must attach certificates that prove that they are legally-established companies as determined by the law of the country in which the service provider is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The company's most recent annual report with notes, including new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.

If a tenderer has valid reasons as to why such documentation cannot be obtained, or that the economic situation has changed significantly since the last submitted annual accounts, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with other documentation that the contracting authority can accept. If the service provider has such valid reasons, he may contact the contracting authority in writing in order to clarify which other documentation is acceptable. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a credit rating of the service providers.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The service provider is required to have adequate economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment/agreement. The service provider's solvency, liquidity and financial strength will be central to this assessment.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The service provider shall attach an overview of his experience from comparable assignments. The summary must include the most important deliveries over the last three years, their value/scope, what the delivery included, the time and recipient.

Documentation of certification in accordance with ISO 9001: 2008 or equivalent.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Experience is required from comparable contracts from entities with competence as the main priority factor.

The service provider shall have a system for quality assurance.
