Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Foreign companies and any sub suppliers must enclose equivalent documentation.
Financial and tax conditions, orderly tax conditions without tax adjustments.
Tax certificate for tax issued by the tax office/municipal cashier (shall not be more than 6 months old).
Certificate for paid VAT issued by the tax collector (shall not be more than 6 months old).
The service provider shall have a functioning HSE system.
HSE self-declaration.
The service provider shall be a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate (Norwegian tenderers). The company registration certificate shall show the board's composition at the time the tender is submitted.
Registration certificates from professional registers as determined by legislation in the country in which the service provider is established (remaining tenderers).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The service provider must have the economic capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.
The company's most recent Annual Report, with financial statements and auditor's report, including new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.
The consultant shall maintain insurance coverage for his professional liability.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The service provider must have sufficient professional qualifications to be able to carry out the assignments.
Description and documentation of the company's professional qualifications and competence within international capital management.
A description shall be given of the service provider's organisation. If the service provider carries out capital management activities itself, the divide between consultancy and capital management (self-management) shall described.
The total description must not exceed six pages, and it shall not include advertising material.
The service provider must have relevant experience from assignments within the actual discipline.
Overview of the most important deliveries with equivalent competence areas in the last three years, with the following information:
— Type of assignment.
— Date.
— Services provided.
— Scope of the services provided.
The service provider shall have the ability to fulfil the contract and a well functioning quality assurance system.
A description and documentation of the company's general method for carrying out consultancy assignments and internal quality assurance that will be used for the implementation of the contract.
The service provider shall have sufficient capacity to be able to carry out the assignment.
The company shall document that it has employees who can also cover different specialisms within international capital management (Liable investment activity, property etc.).
The service provider shall fulfil recognised requirements for integrity and ethics.
The company's value basis and ethical standards and guidelines and routines for compliance.
Confirmation that, for the persons who shall participate in the execution of the contract, there are not any conditions mentioned in the procurement regulations § 20-12 (2) letters c) and d).
A description of any unresolved disputes or other conditions nationally and internationally that can have a negative impact on the company's reputation.
Requirement for a binding statement:
If the tenderer wishes to rely on other companies'' capacity, the tenderer must demonstrate to the contracting authority that it will have the necessary resources available, by presenting a binding statement from these companies.
A maximum of one link with sub suppliers will be accepted for the individual assignments.
