Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement to present a VAT certificate (National requirement).
Requirement to present a tax certificate (National requirement).
Requirement to present a self-declaration in accordance with the Regulations' attachment 2 regarding HSE (National requirement).
The Contracting Authority will obtain the company registration certificate themselves for Norwegian tenderers. Foreign tenderers must attach certificates that prove that they are legally-established businesses as determined by the law of the country in which the service provider is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The company's most recent Annual Report with notes, including new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures if available. If a tenderer has valid reasons as to why such documentation cannot be obtained, or that the economic situation has changed significantly since the last submitted Annual Report, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with other documentation that the Contracting Authority can accept. If the tenderer has such valid reasons, he may contact the Contracting Authority in writing in order to clarify what other documentation is acceptable. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain the tenderers' credit ratings.

Statement of the number of persons at the service provider who daily work with team development, management development and coaching. The overview of the number of person shall be divided between education level and the number of years of relevant work experience. The template, annex 5 must be used.

A general description of the company's total competence with team development, management development and coaching — with particular emphasis on change management in the government sector and different management forms. Attention is drawn to the fact that CVs or descriptions of individual persons shall not be sent.

The service provider's most important deliveries in the last three years. The content of the delivery, value, length and the name of the contracting authority must be specified. The overview must include a minimum of 3 deliveries in the government sector. The template — annex 3 must be used.

If the service provider must use sub suppliers to fulfil the requirement for technical/professional qualifications or financial/economic position, the service provider shall document to the contracting authority that he has the right to use the necessary resources, by enclosing a binding statement (cf. annex 4) on this from these sub suppliers.

Service providers shall, together with the qualification application, give an overview of the sub suppliers/collaboration partners that could be used, and an overview of what contribution they will make. The application must clearly state how the collaboration relationship is regulated between the parties.
