Supplier must document that the company has financial execution capabilities by submission of official annual accounts for the last 2 years, 2011 and 2012 attached to the boards and auditor's report.
Liability Insurance shall have a minimum coverage in accordance with NS 8405:2008, section 10. Copy of insurance policy is attached as documentation.

If the tenderer and its subcontractors do not have national approval, the supplier can substantiate in some other way that the corresponding local approval can be achieved. Copy of previously awarded right to accept responsibility can be attached as supporting documentation. Foreign supplier must document equivalent expertise so that local approval can be achieved.
