Bybanen AS will purchase a combined road and rail truck with the following characteristics:
General. Vehicle:
— Diesel Operation. Exhaust-approved for operating in tunnels.
— Top speed road: ≥ 60 km/h;
— Min. of two seats including driver;
— Based on a chassis with a short wheelbase;
— Tow hitches on front and rear;
— Delivered in accordance with EU requirements for registration of motor vehicles;
— Satisfies European standards.
Rail operation:
— Traction: Total Weight in 7 % gradient;
— Gauge, 1 435 mm.
— Rail-wheel operations.
— Must meet the relevant Bo-Strab requirements.
— Points steering, Hanning and Kahl compatible.
— ATS-fitted, BBR PZB-600M
— Minimum turning radius of 20 m.
— Wheel Profile:

— Wheelbase (back to back):
1383 -1/+2 mm
Equipment:
— Hydraulic snow brushes;
— Adjustable plough;
— De-icing equipment for contact line;
— Simple high-pressure rinse spray equipment;
— Cranes with capacity of approx. 1 500 kg/10 m;
— Cabinet for storage of equipment and tools, shovels, straps etc.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement 1: The supplier must have settled conditions in relation to payment of tax, payroll tax and value added tax (VAT).
Documentation: Tax certificates not older than 6 months.
Tax certificates are defined as:
i. VAT certificate issued by the tax officer where the vendor has its registered office.
ii. Tax certificate for tax issued by the director of the tax collection office/chief municipal treasurer where the tenderer has their registered office.
Requirement 2: The supplier shall meet the requirements of Norwegian legislation with regard to health, safety and the environment (HSE).
Declaration requirement: HSE declaration in compliance with FOA regulations, Amendment 2, HSE
Requirement 3: The supplier shall be a legally established enterprise.
Documentation: Company registration certificate.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: The supplier shall have sufficient financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract.
Documentation requirement: Income statement and balance with notes, as well as annual reports for the last 2 years.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement 1: The supplier must have adequate implementation capabilities.
Documentation requirement: A short, overall description of the organisation shall be given, including:
— An overview of the company's history, organisation and ownership, as well as a description of the existing business.
— Description of how the company is organised for this contract.
— Overview of the expertise the supplier has available for this assignment. The overview requirement also applies if using a partner or subcontractor. Include a signed declaration of commitment, attachment 2, or (a copy of ) the contract that the provider has with them.

Documentation requirement: An overview of the most important, relevant assignments in the last 5 years. The supplier must account for at least 2 previous assignments incl. their value, date of completion, the contracting authority and a description of the assignment. References shall be stated. The overview requirement also applies if using a partner or subcontractor. Include a signed declaration of commitment, attachment 2, or (a copy of ) the contract that the provider has with them.
