Hordaland politidistrikt

Hordaland police district shall enter into a contract for the collection, storage, delivery and disposal of vehicles and bicycles, as well as adaptations for bicycle auctions on behalf of the operational units in Bergen municipality. Other operational units in the police district can enter into the contract. The contract is for lost and confiscated bicycles, and vehicles that shall be brought in as a part of a criminal case, legal enforcement, wrong parking or as a result of the police district's own vehicles breaking down or being involved in a traffic accident etc. The contract does NOT include the requistion by the police of the public's vehicles that have been towed after a breakdown or that have been involved in traffic accidents.
