Collaboration contract: Courthouse — Tullins gate Tram infrastructure and town renewal

The aim of the project ‘Courthouse — Tullins gate, tram infrastructure and town renewal’ is:
— Upgrading public transport through increased access for trams by upgrading worn down infrastructure and removing 3 meeting restrictions due to too small track distance in Kristian Augusts gate and at Holbergs plass;
— Better availability to public transport by establishing and co-locating high standard stops for trams and buses;
— Make the centre more attractive for pedestrians and for stays by upgrading the accompanying streets and urban areas;
— Upgrading other infrastructure in the area such as surface water installations and parts of the water and sewage network in Oslo municipality.
The main measures in the project will trigger other measures in the area, including the need to move three access towers to a culvert for joint installations for public departments. The project shall be carried out with a collaboration contract based on NS 8407.

Tittel: Construction, foundation and surface works for highways, roads
Antall eller omfang:
The stretches included in the project run from Pilestredet at Professor Aschehougs plass, via C. J. Hambros plass, Kristian Augusts gate and Tullins gate, and end at the bottom of Welhavens gate at Holbergs plass. This makes up approx. 700 m of new double track, as well as approx. 300 m of single track in a turning loop in Rosenkrantz gate and Kristian IVs gate. The project's scope and extent is being assessed and there can, therefore, be changes. The delivery dates for the delivery are:— Phase 1 - Preliminary project with the establishment of a target price:• May — September 2015;— Option: Phase 2 — collaboration implementation:• 1st quarter 2016 — 4th quarter 2017;• One must be prepared for some changes to the progress and later completion depending on Entra's construction plans for the new UiO Legal Faculty at Tullinløkka. Details of this will be described in the tender invitation. The option is subject to political discussion and approval. The above mentioned dates are tentative.
