Cleaning services

Sykehuset Østfold HF

Østfold Hospital (Contracting Authority) with the division for purchasing and contracts, hereby extends an invitation to competitive tendering to enter into framework agreement concerning the purchase of cleaning services. The agreement has the following main components which are further described in Appendix 2.
Requirement specification, chapter 3 and in appendix 3, the Price list:
1. General cleaning:
— Apartments and bed-sits;
— Operational units.
2. Main cleaning (spring cleaning).
3. Window washing.
4. Mat service:
— Loose mats;
— Permanent mats.
5. Special cleaning:
— including building cleaning.
6. Extra needs in connection with moving to the new hospital at Kalnes.
7. Option for simple clean after vacating.
Please note that there is large uncertainty with regard to volume in connection to points 6 and 7; Also note that during the agreement period there may be changes in volume with all of the main areas. The agreement involves no purchasing obligation of the Contracting Authority. Changes in scope can mean both reduction and increase in volume.
