Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The Contracting Authority has the option to extend the agreement for a further 2 years. Any triggering of options shall notify the Supplier in writing at least 3 months before the expiration of the then current agreement period. Extensions can be made one or more times up until the maximum 4 year term.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The supplier shall have arranged terms with regard to the payment of tax, payroll tax and VAT. Tax certificates not older than 6 months calculated from the tender deadline.
For work which shall be performed in Norway the tenderer must fulfil Norwegian HSE requirements. Filled out and signed HSE declaration in accordance with PPR appendix 2.
The supplier should have approval from the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority as an officially approved cleaning business.
Provided the supplier does not have such approval the application for approval must be defined as under processing on the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority's websites by the tender deadline.
The service provider must be a legally established enterprise. Norwegian suppliers: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign suppliers: Confirmation that the supplier is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the supplier is established.

The supplier must have good conduct. Documented by a declaration.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The supplier shall have sufficient financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract. Credit assessment from an approved credit institution, for example Creditinform, Lindorff or Dun & Bradstreet or the equivalent. The credit assessment shall not be older than 6 months. The credit assessment must show a minimum of «credit worthy» or equivalent , to be approved.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The supplier shall have good execution ability. Documented by description.
The supplier shall have good experience and good references from similar deliveries, hereunder deliveries in accordance with NS-INSTA 800. Testimonials shall be submitted.
The supplier must have a well functioning quality assurance system. A table of contents and short description are to be presented. Any relevant certificate.
The supplier is required to have a system for monitoring and reporting of their own environmental impact. Reports for existing routines and any relevant certificate.
R 09 Competence is required that ensures a low impact on the environment from carrying out the service. Reports for existing routines and any relevant certificate.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
NS-INSTA 800:2010 shall be used in the assignment.
On-site cleaning managers must have a cleaning operator trade certificate and management experience. Alternatively a lack of trade certificate can be compensated by a minimum 60 months all-round practice of operational cleaning work. This is to be documented for cleaning managers by CV, which is to attached to the tender.
