Gjesdal kommune

Gjesdal municipality seeks tenders for cleaning services in two buildings with a view to entering into a binding agreement for a period of three years, with an option to extend for a further 1 + 1 year.
The two buildings are:
Ålgård school. Address: Rettedalen 13, Ålgård
The Main Buildling (Storahuset) Address: Rettedalen 1, Ålgård
It is not acceptable to submit a tender for only one of the buildings.
Gjesdal municipality has implemented Norwegian Standard NS-INSTA 800 on cleaning quality, 3rd Ed., September 2010, as the quality standard for competitively tendered cleaning.
There will be an inspection of the buildings on 29.4.2014 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Register for inspection before 25.4.2014 to the cleaning manager, Hanne Høgmoe, at hanne.hogmoe @gjesdal.kommune.no

Agreement covers three (3) years from the contract-signing date but no earlier than 1 July or 1 Aug 2014. The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract by 1 + 1 years on verbatim terms.

The supplier must be a legally established enterprise.

Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate.

Foreign suppliers: equivalent certificates as prescribed by the law of the country where the supplier is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The supplier must have sufficient financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.

The contracting authority will collect this via Proff Forvalt Credit Information Company www.forvalt.no

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The minimum grade acceptable is 'satisfactory' within two of the following criteria: liquidity, profitability and solvency, cf. Proff Forvalt ranking and/or minimum B3 on the analysis of the Probability of bankruptcy.

If the supplier knows that the requirement regarding the financial capacity to carry out the contract cannot be met via the credit information as specified above, this can be compensated for by the parent company or bank guarantee that should accompany the tender.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The supplier must have good ability to fulfil contracts and sufficient capacity to carry out agreements of this scope.

Overview of the suppliers ...

— Total staffing and administrative management.

— Overview of the vendor's average workforce during the last three years.

— Name including CV and certificate of NS INSTA800 (see section B.5 of NS INSTA800) for the supervisor and planning for this commission.

Approval by the Labour Inspectorate.

The supplier must have experience and from at least three deliveries in Norway of a similar level to that described in this competitive tender as regards the scope and relevance.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The company must have a number of employees corresponding to at least 5 positions.

Courses in NS INSTA 800 for the work supervisor and plans pursuant to Section B.2 NS INSTA800.
