Ceiling columns and LED lamps for the Reception Clinic

A new Reception Clinic is being constructed in Helse Bergen and some equipment shall thus be procured. The premises are planned to be completed for September 2015. It is a prerequisite that the tenderer can also deliver and assemble the equipment in the period June-August if necessary.
The plan is to use anaesthesia columns in the trauma room, which has five places. In addition anaesthesia columns shall also be used for four acute medical places, and there is a need for a simpler model for use in the CT lab and in an examination room.
The vertical columns for use in the trauma room and acute medical places must have good space for monitoring equipment as well as relevant additional equipment.
The columns will have some differences in design and equipment according to where they shall be used, see the table in 7.1.
The contracting authority would also like tenders, as an option, for a simple, slim column that can be used in an examination room if it allows for better use of the room. The function of the column will only be a replacement for a normal bed channel if one, in the process of the further work, finds that a ceiling mounted system will allow for better use of the room. No mapping has currently been carried out as to whether one has such a need.
In addition LED lamps shall also be procured for use in the same places. These will also vary in size and the choice of hanging according to where they shall be used.

The tenderer must be a legally established company.
— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.
— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the supplier is established.
The tenderer shall have his tax and VAT payments in order. — Tax certificate.
— Certificate for paid VAT.
— A certificate for tax and a certificate for paid fees issued either by the local tax office or the tax collection office where the supplier has their headquarters. — Foreign Tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian ones.
The tenderer shall have a functioning HSE system.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Credit evaluation/rating, not older than six months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution. The rating must be at least A or better, measured against the AAA Soliditet's scale — or equivalent score from another reputable rating company.

If the tenderer's credit rating is not sufficient, for example a newly started company with a credit rating of AN, can still compensate for this by supplying adequate unconditional guarantees from banks and/or parent company with adequate credit rating. Any such alternative documentation shall follow as a part of the tender offer.
