Kristiansand kommune

The contracting authority requests tenders for the delivery of 'single-use' products for food packaging, storage, transport and serving. The products will primarily be demanded by kitchen departments at institutions within the municipalities, as well as by Kitchen Service as a separate unit in Kristiansand municipality, which caters to a variety of Kristiansand municipality institutions. A portion of the goods, primarily the table products, will also be in demand by most of the contracting authority's other units.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— Company Registration Certificate,
— Registration certificates in professional registers as determined by legislation in the countries in which the supplier is established,
— Requirement to submit Tax Certificate for VAT (National requirement),
— Requirement to submit Tax Certificate for tax (National requirement),
— Requirement to submit declaration in accordance with Regulations attachment 2 on HSE (National requirement).
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Samples, descriptions and/or prospectuses for the products to be supplied to the recipient (applicable to product contracts)
Description of the company's environmental management practices. If the procedures are described in a certified environmental management system, such as Miljøfyrtårn ['Eco-lighthouse programme'], ISO 14001, EMAS or equivalent, attach the certificate as confirmation.Alternatively, present written confirmation that the environmental management system will be implemented within 6 months of signing the contract. Furthermore, attach proof of membership in the Grønt Punkt Norge ['Green Dot Norway'] or a similar arrangement, with confirmation of membership by no later than the contract signing date.
