Purpose
The contract is for the purchase of transport for patients who, for health reasons, cannot use scheduled public transport and patient transport on routes where there is no such transportation. Also includes emergency care (ØH).
The assignment
Tenderers shall cover a minimum of one municipality.
One contract will be signed per municipality.
The contracting authority reserves the right to coordinate and use returning vehicles across tender areas, as well as to use vehicles in waiting periods.
The contracting authority would like, via this competition, to cover their need for patient journeys in the following municipalities:

Tax certificate (not older than 6 months).
VAT certificate (not older than 6 months).
Foreign tenderers shall provide authorisation(s) for statutory registration in the country where the company is established.

Approved financial statements and auditor's report for the last 3 financial years.
Newly established enterprises must submit appropriate documentation such as the opening balance and guarantee from a bank or parent company.

The company's most important deliveries over the last 3 years, including their value, date and recipient (applies to goods and services contracts)
The specifications for the service are prepared and tenderers shall provide answers - annex xx.
