The contract is for the care of landscape areas, footpath and road areas at the Norwegian Defence's sites under the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's administration, including the camps/sites mentioned in the attached tender documents.
Several separate contracts shall be signed (parallel framework agreements). Tenders can be submitted for one or several areas, see the information in the attached tender documents.
Contract 1: Sogn og Fjordane - winter maintenance.
1A: Firda.
1B: Vågsøy.
Contract 2: the Agder counties - winter maintenance.
2A: Kjevik.
2B: Kvevika.
Contract 3: Rogaland – winter maintenance.
3A: Madla camp.
3B: Sola Sjø.
3C: Sola land.
3D: Soma technical.
3E: Jåtta camp.
3F: Ulsnes.
3G: Vatneleiren.
3H: Bjerkreim.
Contract 4: Rogaland – Greenery maintenance.
4A: Madla camp.
4B: Sola Sea.
4C: Sola land.
4D: Soma technical.
4E: Jåtta camp.
4F: Ulsnes.
4G: Vatna camp.
Start-up and running time:
Winter maintenance: 15.10.2014.
The contracts will be valid for 2 years from the start-up date, with an option for the contracting authority for an extension of the contractual relationship for 1 + 1 year.
Greenery maintenance: 1.6.2015.
The contract will be valid for 2 years from the start-up date, with an option for the contracting authority for an extension of the contractual relationship for 1 year.
