An agreement will be entered into with one (1) vendor to supply leased cars in the class passenger cars and vans. Special cars that the municipality might have a need for and that require special adaptations are not covered by this agreement. The municipality currently has a leasing agreement where most cars have contracts that expire, while two of the cars have a longer lease and will be replaced when that agreement expires.Upon signing the new contract we will have a need for cars to be delivered on 1.9.2014. The cars concerned are:— 13 mid-size personal cars/vans with green license plates. 2 must have 4-wheel drive.— 1 van with plenty of room for cargo transport. Minimum 6 cubic feet of cargo space, the ability to transport sheets 240 x 120 in size, 4-wheel drive.— One 9-seater passenger vehicle with large capacity, the seats must be removable without tools.In addition, we will need to be able to continue to enter into new leases throughout the contract period.3 000 000
