Nordland fylkeskommune hereby extends invitation to open tender competition on framework agreements for building glass and glazier services The agreement applies for Nordland fylkeskommune's agencies/institutions, as well as municipalities and other institutions that are connected to the county municipality's purchasing organisation. For this competition the county municipalities are divided into nine purchasing regions. Ofoten, Lofoten, Vesterålen except Andøy, Andøy, Salten, Rana, Vefsn and Ytre-Helgeland except Brønnøysund, Brønnøysund.
The agreements shall apply in the period 1.7.2014 to 30.06 2016 with possibility for extension for a further two years with one year at a time.
In cases where the purchase is defined as a separate project the agencies/institutions are free to go to other suppliers.
There is an opportunity to go into tender for the entire county, or parts of the county. The individual purchasing regions are defined as an own partial tender in the request.
A contract will be signed with one supplier for each region.
It should be noted that the value of the agreement is stipulated on the background of consumption figures. The consumption figures are not binding for future calloffs under the framework agreement.
Conditions will not be accepted whereby a supplier requires that the winner supplies to all of the regions, if this entails that the local tenderers who in isolation have a better tender offer will not gain acceptance. Any such conditions will be evaluated as significant and could lead to rejection in accordance with the procurement regulations § 20-13.
