Books and media for schools - framework agreement for the BTV Procurement Cooperation

The competition is for a contract for the delivery of
books and media to schools and other education entities (see the attached list of municipalities and entities). The contract can also be used by other municipal/county entities that have a need for material for learning. The contract does NOT apply for the procurement of books for school libraries and other public libraries (separate contract).
The contract is obligatory for primary schools, secondary schools and sixth form colleges. The contract is optional for nurseries and aid agencies for the growth sector/school sector.
The contract value is estimated to: NOK 41 000 000 excluding VAT per annum.
The volume is estimated on statistics and the accounting figures for the procurement of equivalent products for the same buyer group for previous years, as well as future budgets. The volume must therefore be considered an estimate and not binding.
