The Stortings building is one of the most important, symbolic Norwegian buildings.March 2016 will be the 150 years anniversary for the opening.As part of the commemoration of the anniversary Stortinget announces a competition for production of a one volume book series about the Stortings building.
Stortinget desires a concept that combines a good, telling text and a rich picture selection with new and historical photographs.
The supplier will have complete responsibility for the work.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Financial strength rating from an approved credit assessment company shall be submitted with the tender. The assessment must provide information about the credit rating and the degree of short term bankruptcy (bankruptcy prediction).Stortinget will reject tenderers with a poorer rating than 'approved' (credit rating)or tenderers with a bankruptcy risk over 7 %. The assessment must be based on the last official accounting figures.

The contracting authority can free of charge undertake an assessment of the supplier's economic and financial standing by utilising the services of Proff™Forvalt (www.forvalt.no)Tenderers with a poorer rating than B3 or tenderers with a bankruptcy risk over 7 % will be rejected. Such an assessment will in all cases be performed if the supplier's submitted documentation is not found to be satisfactory.
