Berg school currently consists of four buildings whereby all four will be affected by the rehabilitation.Building 01 – the main building. Here the rehabilitation will involve the removal of old ventilation units, customise the channel network, establish new ventilation system and carry out a light rehabilitation of internal areas such as the restructuring of the nursery school. Lighting will be replaced and new lighting established in most rooms and a new ICT system will be established for telephone and data.Building 02 – the school building. Same as building 01, but there is no ventilation unit in this building. The existing channel network will be adapted, new units mounted and the aula in the loft will be used as a new technical room. Lighting will be replaced and new lighting established in most rooms and a new ICT system will be established for telephone and data.Building 03 – the gym building. A demolition contract has already been carried out here, so the works consist of a total renovation of the building interior including establishing a mezzanine in the old gym hall.Building 04 – the toilet building. Affected only mildly by the contract, a transformer will be replaced and some guidance will be lain from building 01 to building 03. A new 400 V main switchboard for all of the buildings will be established in building 04.Building 05 – new gymnasium. This will be in another contract at a later date.To adapt the buildings to modern requirements for universal design, a lift will be established in each building. Buildings 01 and 02, an opening must be made for a lift shaft which will be established with a steel frame and covered up. For building 03, an external lift housing will be built with access for wheelchairs from outside and into the floors.Outdoors - Outside areas will be developed for a nursery school around the buildings. The works will be carried out in 2 'stages' and following the hand-over of the different buildings.Progress:Buildings 01 and 03 will be rehabilitated parallel in the school year 2014/2015 and finished in the summer of 2015, complete with associated outdoor areas. The school, which temporarily is contained in building 02, will be moved into the buildings that are finished and the works to be carried out in building 2 will be executed.The project will occur while the school is in operation and it is very important that the school is kept separate from the building site. It is expected that the contractor will coordinate necessary works with the school during the building period.Emphasis will be placed on ensuring safe access to the school during the building period. This also means that parts of the rigging area must be lain during summer 2015 when buildings 01 and 03 are completed and the works in building 02 begin.Autumn 2015 there will be less scope of building works in progress and less need for rigging measures on the site, but a contractor will be engaged to erect building 05 in the school yard. Therefore, in the description there are option posts for lease of temporary, pre-fabricated cabins that are available so that the contractor for the new construction can use these premises. This contractor will need temporary, pre-fabricated cabins for their workers and an agreement must be reached as to which areas can be used by the different contractors. The contractor for the new construction will be the main concern while the contract proceeds.

— An overview of assignments carried out during the last 5 years, together with testimonials of satisfactory execution of the most important works. The testimonials should state the value, time frame and place the work was performed and indicate whether the works were professionally and properly completed.
