Bardufoss Høgtun sixth form college - Tender new building - Interaction

A new sixth form college shall be constructed at Rustahødga in Målselv municipality. Estimated gross area 7 500-8 000 m². There will be a total of approx. 450 pupils and 120 employees at the new sixth form college. The new building shall house teaching areas for the following subjects:
General studies specialisation, sports subject, base for adapted learning, design and craft, building and construction, media and communication, health and growth, electro trade and aviation.
The building shall be appear future orientated and it shall be constructed as a passive building, cf. NS 3701 and it shall have a design and choice of material that involves the local building traditions in the area.
The project will be carried out as a collaboration and it is divided into 2 phases:
Phase 1 - Collaboration engineering design phase up to and including the priced turnkey contract.
Phase 2 - Execution of the turnkey contract.

Documentation requirement:
The turnkey contractor shall enclose tax certificates for VAT from the Tax Collector (the county tax office) and a tax certificate issued by the chief municipal treasurer (Form RF-1244) in the municipality where the turnkey contractor has his main office.

A certificate issued by the relevant authority in the contractor's home country will be seen as adequate. If a contractor's home country does not issue such documents or certificates, they can be replaced by a declaration given under oath or affirmation by the relevant person to a legal or administrative authority, a notarius publicus or other competent authority in the home country.

These certificates must be presented before the deadline for tenders and must be no more than 6 months old as at the deadline for tenders.

Documentation showing that the turnkey contractor is registered in the professional register, trade register or other enterprise register as prescribed by the law of the state where the turnkey contractor is established, for example The Brønnøysund Register Centre.

Tax certificate for paid VAT.
Tax certificate for tax.
For foreign contractors:
Proof that the company has fulfilled its obligations regarding the payment of social insurance and taxes in accordance with the legal provisions in the country where the turnkey contractor is established, or in Norway.
Self-declaration on health, environment and safety (HSE self-declaration).
The turnkey contractor shall be registered in professional register, trade register or enterprise register, for example the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Excerpt from the company's annual accounts for the last 3 years and the auditors report.
Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. A rating shall be carried out by an officially approved credit rating institution.
If the turnkey contractor has any valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the turnkey contractor may prove its financial position with any other document that is acceptable to the contracting authority. If the turnkey contractor has such valid reasons, he may contact the contracting authority in writing in order to clarify which other documentation is acceptable.

The turnkey contractor must have resources in their own business or have at their disposal resources that have the education and professional experience for the engineering design services, execution and inspection that the trades in the project/the assignment/the delivery require.
