Our old autoclaves at the Sterilesentralen in Tromsø are no longer profitable to repair and we now have the financing in place to procure new autoclaves.
We would like tenders for 2 new steam autoclaves with automatic loaders as well as 6 trolleys for them.
In addition there is an option for a third steam autoclave.
These steam autoclaves shall be 2-door and each shall have the capacity for 12 SPRI baskets and a chamber volume of approx. 900 litres.

Tenderers shall be a legally established company and shall have an implemented internal control system.
Documentation:
— Company Registration Certificate,
— HSE self-declaration.
The actual factory that manufacturers the offered equipment is required to have implemented:
— A quality assurance system that is verified by a third party, equivalent to an ISO 9001 certification,
— The quality assurance system for medical apparatuses ISO 13485:2003.
Presentation of valid certificates issued by a third party that shows that the factory that shall manufacture the offered equipment has implemented:
— A quality assurance system such as ISO 9001 or equivalent,
— The quality assurance system ISO 13485:2003.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Norwegian tenderers must have arranged conditions with respect to payment of tax, employer contributions and VAT.
Documentation:
Tax certificates not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Tax certificates means:
— Tax certificates for tax and payroll tax,
— Tax certificate for VAT.
Tenderers are required to have good economic and financial solidity, equivalent to an equity share that is >14 %, so that the tenderer shall be able to fulfil the contract obligations.
— The supplier's annual report for the last fiscal year.
— Presentation of the tenderer's last 2 financial statements with notes and including the auditor's report.
— Any other relevant documentation on the supplier's financial position.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must show experience from equivalent contracts to relevant contracting authorities.
Documentation:
— The tenderer shall submit a list of its corresponding assignments in the past 3 years, including the contract's value, date and name of public or private employer.
Tenderers are required to have technical and professional competence in the company for the offered equipment so that the contractual obligations can be fulfilled.
— An overview of the tender's total manpower with reference to this delivery.
— A description of the tenderer's technical personnel who will be used for fulfilment of such an assignment.
