The Scope of Work for this contract shall cover the Initial Training of Air Traffic Controllers for Avinor Air Navigation Services AS, with the purpose of enabling the students to begin unit specific training at one of Avinor ANS' ACC, APP, TWR, or TWR/APP Units.

The contract length will be 3 years, with a further option for Avinor ANS to extend with an additional 1 plus 1 year. It is Avinor ANS' sole discretion to decide whether this option will be exercised or not. During the initial three years, the number of students will be between 20 and 28 each year. It is foreseen, however, that the number of students per year during the additional 1 + 1 years might be reduced to a minimum of 10.
