Aurskog-Høland municipality has a need for architect assistance for the preparation of a sketch project and room programme for the construction of a new 1-10 year school at Bjørkelangen. The assignment shall be based on a prepared feasibility study and the plan is to have a two parallel primary school section and a three parallel secondary school section. The school shall be located on the current school site and the existing school shall be demolished.
The preparation of the sketch project and room programme shall be carried out as a process managed by the municipality's project manager and supported by chosen tenderers who will be responsible for the completion of the sketch project and the room programme. Tenderers are required to provide competence equivalent to graduate architect. The work shall include coordination with the Growth and Education Section and other affected entities in the municipality.
