ANSK-2209-14 control plant New top system — UiB

Universitetet i Bergen

In UiB's existing buildings (approx. 100 buildings) currently have many different control plans and automation systems.
The aim of this project is to create a uniform user interface for all existing and future installations and to bring the existing installations over to a standard platform.
This includes, amongst other things
— uniform development of system pictures (use of the screen picture and use of symbols),
— uniform service elements for controlling installations and components,
— uniform service elements for adjusting set point, limts, etc.,
— uniform service of all time controls and calendar functions,
— uniform visualisation and handling alarms,
— uniform visualisation of historical data.
The delivery for this contract shall include the delivery and establishment of this top system as well as the implementation of the individual buildings/projects into the top system. All the software and systems developed for the project shall be UiB's property. The delivery will be remunerated as an hour based procurement.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

It could be sometimes necessary to order alterations/upgrades of the existing control plan in UiB's buildings. UiB will then request prices from the supplier based on the hourly rates stated in Annex 7a-Price Matrix.
Contract extension.
A contract shall be signed for five years with an option for an extension for three years plus two years as the implementation of the contract depends on continuous investments with a depreciation period of more than 4 years.
