Glåmdal Interkommunale vann- og avløpsselskap (GIVAS IKS)

The tender includes drinking water samples, sewage samples and sludge samples as described in the specifications.
The procurement shall cover the contracting authority's needs for analysis services for:
- Analysis of drinking water/raw water
- Analysis of swimming pool water from open air swimming pools
- Ongoing and project based monitoring of river systems
- Analysis of sewage water
- Dry matter determination of sewage sludge
- Extraordinary samples for following up/control samples or special optimalisation of operations
- Logistics for the receipt and transport of samples to the laboratory.
- Standy-by scheme for the receipt and analysis of samples outside normal working hours
- Reporting analyse results
All the samples, except sewage water, are random samples.
The contracting authority will prepare an annual sample taking and analysis programme, which includes both authority imposed samples and any separate control samples and will take all the necessary samples itself.

The Service Provider shall have the tax and VAT payments in order.

- VAT certificate

- Foreign providers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities as the Norwegian

The service provider must have a functioning HSE system.

Documentation HSE self-declaration (annex 3).

The service provider shall be a legally established company

Documentation:

- Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate

- Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the service provider is established.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The service provider shall have experience from a minimum of 3 similar contracts during the last 3 years.

Documentation:

Description of the service provider's 3 most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. The description must include the contract value, date and recipient (name, phone and e-mail). References must be contactable if necessary to clarify the relevance of the contract. However, it is the tenderer's responsibility to provide a description documenting relevance.

A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that will be provided.

Statement regarding the service provider's quality assurance system/management system or a copy of the system certificate issued by an accredited certification body or equivalent documentation.
