Agreement for the procurement of a new system of lawful interception

The Norwegian police seek to establish a new national Lawful Interception (LI) solution for collecting and processing evidence in the investigation of serious crime. This involves the acquisition of a new centralized LI system for processing data from packet- and circuit-switched communication technology. The procurement does not include equipment to be installed at the communication service provider's premises.
The system will be procured as an off-the-shelf solution.
This pre-qualification applies to a procurement that includes:
— LI system (software and hardware) for production, testing and training environments.
— Maintenance of the offered system.
— Project implementation.
— Training of users and administrators.
Option:
In addition we seek a supplier who should be able to offer an option for the daily operation of the system offered by the client's location. The option has a duration of 2 years from from the date the contract is signed.
