Acquisition of lighthouse structures

The contract's purpose is to establish an agreement for the delivery of lighthouse structures in which the main components will be manufactured in reinforced fibreglass composite material, and the base in galvanized steel. For further specifications, please refer to the tender documentation, part II, annexes and attachments. The lighthouse structure will be modular and consist of red roofs and white under-construction. Additional structures, such as gallery and additional projects, are part of the contract. The lighthouses will be used as a navigation devices along the Norwegian coast.

The service provider is required to have a legally established business. A company registration certificate or equivalent from the applicant's country of domicile must be enclosed with the tender. Foreign suppliers should preferably delivery equivalent certificates in Norwegian.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Credit assessment from operations authorized for credit information from the Data Inspectorate.
The assessment must be based on the last known fiscal figures with an indication of how the credit rating has evolved during the past 2 years.
If the supplier has any valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the supplier may prove its financial position with any other document that is acceptable to the contracting authority. The supplier must make contact with the contracting authority in writing in order to clarify which other documentation is acceptable.

The supplier is required to have good finances: The supplier shall be credit worthy, have sufficient liquidity and low bankruptcy risk.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
A reference list of the company's five most important relevant deliveries over the last 3 years must be included with the tender, including their value, relevance, time and recipient. The references will be checked if necessary. The references must be recorded on the attached form, Annex 3.

The contract requires that Norwegian suppliers are affiliated with a government-approved apprenticeship program at the start of the contract work.
Confirmation shall be enclosed that the supplier can demonstrate that this requirement will be met no later than the commencement of the contract work. When a contract is signed, the supplier shall present evidence that enterprise it is a government-approved training establishment.

Suppliers must have a documented quality assurance system. The supplier shall describe its quality assurance system.
The supplier shall have sufficient staffing for the assignment. An overview shall be submitted of the company's total manpower and staffing for this contract (organization chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will serve the client.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Experience of equivalent or relevant assignments/deliveries of the same scope, nature and complexity is required.
An apprenticeship scheme is required. This requirement only applies to Norwegian suppliers.
An ability to deliver is required in terms of adequate and competent staffing and quality assurance system.
