The need for new classroom space in schools in Oslo will increase sharply in the next decade. The increased school need presents a major challenge in establishing an adequate number of classroom over time. Expansion, construction of new school facilities and the conversion of existing school facilities from high schools to elementary schools have been key strategic measures in increasing school capacity quickly enough. Due to the overall volume of expansion and restructuring, ASA sees a need to obtain external expertise in engineering professional consulting and investigation.

The framework agreement will have a duration of two years. The agreement holds an option to extend the contract for a further 2 years (1 + 1) years on verbatim terms. The contract period is calculated from the signing of the framework agreement.
