The purpose of the procurement is to purchase professional architectural services to support Utdanningsetaten, department for school facilities in connection with designing and planning of school buildings.
Suppliers will primarily assist with expertise in programming of school areas and functions, assessment of existing property portfolio as well as preparation of feasibility studies and assistance with assessment in connection with the planning and designing of school buildings. In addition, it may be appropriate to assist in connection with regulation work.

The framework agreement will have a duration of 2 years. The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract for a further 2 years (1 + 1 years) on verbatim terms. Term is calculated from signing the framework agreement.

Documentation requirement:

— The supplier's 3 most relevant deliveries within similar assignments over the last 3 years, including a brief description of the assignment, where the supplier's contribution to the assignment is obvious, including the role, scope, time frame, duration and name of the contracting authority.

The supplier shall have good completion ability:

— Description of the supplier's capacity.

— Overview of the company's total staffing and areas of expertise.Do not give CV s/description of named individuals here..(CV s shall never the less be lodged in section 4.2 for evaluation of the fulfilment of the quality criteria.
