Statsbygg Hovedkontor

Oslo police station is in such bad condition that the plan is to renovate the building. The aim of the condition analysis is to map what measures must be implemented and their resulting costs. As the building is listed, it is necessary that the consultant group that shall carry out the assignment has experience from work on this type of building. A cultural monument consultant employed in Statsbygg's architecture department will otherwise contribute to the group with cultural monument expertise throughout the process and will handle communication with the cultural heritage authorities if needed.
The offered consultant group shall:
Main points:
1. Carry out a condition analysis on level 2 and possibly level 3 on selected objects, in accordance with NS EN 16096 and NS 3424 and as agreed.
2. Propose a cost limit.
3. Prioritise the measures in a separate list.
4. Carry out a technical fire condition analysis. (Separate report).
5. Carry out an environment mapping. (Separate report).
6. Scanning the building and subsequent modelling
7. Present reports to the builder/user.

The tenderer/company(companies) is required to have experience from assignments of a relevant size, complexity and function (all disciplines).
— List of relevant reference projects from the last 3 years.
The company shall select 2-3 completed relevant condition analyses per discipline.
These shall contain:
— Extent,
— Date of execution,
— Size of area,
— Age of the building,
— Type of building,
— Contracting authority.
The level of the analyses must be described.
