Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tax certificate (Tax certificate for tax issued by the tax collector/municipal cashier (form RF-1244) which is no more than six months old.)
VAT Certificate (Certificate for paid VAT issued by the tax collection office (form RF-1244)) which is no more than six months old.
The supplier must be a legally established company. Documentation: Company registration certificate
Suppliers shall have a functioning HSE system. Documentation: HSE-self-declaration signed by the management and a representative from the employees. An example of form is attached.
The supplier shall have sufficient wages and working conditions for the employees. Documentation: Self-declaration signed by the management and an employee representative. An example of form is attached.
Ethical self-declaration for suppliers. Documentation: Enclose confirmation that you as the supplier are aware of and satisfy the requirements in the declaration.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Suppliers shall have healthy finances and the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract. Documentation: Credit rating, not older than one year, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution. The rating shall be credit worthy or higher.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Suppliers shall have enough capacity and manpower to cover FFI's need. Documentation requirement: Overview of the company's organisation and manpower.
A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that will be provided. Documentation requirement: Statement regarding the supplier's quality assurance system/management system A copy, if any, of the certificate issued by an accredited certification body or equivalent documentation.

Environment documentation: Documentation is required of the company's environmental policy, by the presentation of, for example, EMAS, miljøfyrtårn, or ISO 14001 certification. Other documentation of equivalent environmental management measures will be accepted from the supplier.
