The requirement for new student places in the schools of Oslo has resulted in considerable increase in school building projects the previous years and the Department of Knowledge and Education therefore requires area planning and professional area regulation assistance for elucidation, analyses and preparation of plans in connection with concept evaluation and foundation for management of investment projects for school buildings.

Certificates can be obtained from the local tax collection office or at the tax office. Foreign suppliers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian ones. The supplier shall meet the requirements of Norwegian legislation with regard to health, safety and the environment (HSE). Documentation requirement: HSE self-declaration filled out and signed.

The framework agreement is estimated to have a total value of between 2 000 000 and 3 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT, including the optional years. The contracting authority reserves the right to vary the requirement for assistance throughout the agreement period. Therefore, the contracting authority calls particular attention to the fact that the estimate is merely a guideline and implies no obligation on the part of the contracting authority.

The framework agreement period is 2 years. The contracting authority has the option to extend the agreement by a further 2 years (1 + 1 years) on verbatim terms. The agreement period will commence on signing of the framework agreement.

Norwegian companies: Business Registration Certificate.
Foreign companies: proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the supplier is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The supplier shall be creditworthy.
Creditworthy/rating, no more than one year old, conducted by an approved credit rating agency which confirms that the supplier is creditworthy.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Relevant experience from similar assignments is required.
The Supplier's three most relevant deliveries in similar assignments in the past three years, including a brief description of the mission, where the supplier's contribution to the assignment presented, including the role, scope, timing, duration and name of contractor.
