The contracting authority wishes, through this tender competition, to enter into a contract for delivery of Internet based decision-support tools in accordance with the enclosed requirement specification.
In connection with production, the contracting authority shall procure a complete tool for directly use at the contracting authority's internet sites. The tool shall in a consistent and accessible manner have capacity for information in accordance with the requirement specification (including the reply form, appendix 3) and shall invite the patients to seek knowledge and information of own illnesses.
A number of short film sequences with patients, health personnel shall be made, and/or graphical description related to presentation of the professional content in the parts of the tool.
The contracting authority intends to enter into an agreement with one (1) full-range supplier of the procurement.
