Nordland County is building a new building for the Nordland Art and Film School. This building will be used for a film studio, showroom and facilities for various stage productions. Towards this end, studio equipment, lighting and sound AV equipment will be purchased, as well as some stage equipment. Nordland Art and Film School currently has some equipment that requires supplementation, complementation, and upgrading, and in addition a number of new devices allowing for new ways of working will be procured.
The tender is divided into four parts, these are listed in the sub-delivery headings. All documents are available as attachments under the minimum requirement heading. All prices are entered under the products heading.
Prices must include complete delivery, delivered to Kabelvåg. Prices shall be stated excluding VAT.

K 01 Tax Certificate for tax - Requirement: The tenderer must have submitted their duties and paid their tax and employer contributions. Documented by: Tax Certificate. The certificate must not be more than six months old calculated from the deadline for receipt of the application. Any arrears or other offences must be justified. If the tenderer is planning to use sub-contractors , tax certificates must also be provided for them.

K 02 Tax Certificate for VAT - Requirement: The tenderer must have submitted their duties and paid their VAT. Documented by: Tax Certificate for value-added tax (VAT). The certificate must not be more than six months old calculated from the deadline for receipt of the application. Any arrears or other offences must be justified. If the tenderer is planning to use sub-contractors, tax certificates for VAT must also be provided for them.

K 03 Company Registration Certificate - Requirement: The tenderer must be a legally established business. Documented by: Company Registration Certificate or equivalent from applicant's home state.

K 04 HSE Declaration - Requirement: The tenderer shall vouch for the firm working systematically to comply with health, environment and safety legislation and the fact that they satisfy internal regulations. The tenderer must further confirm that the business is legally organised in relation to applicable tax and working environment regulations for employees' professional and social rights, and shall accept that the Principal has the right to verify the system for safeguarding of health, environment and safety. K 06 Tenderers must not be the subject of restructuring negotiations upon expiry of the deadline for the submission of tenders. This must be documented through: A declaration from the tenderer.

K 05 Tenderers must possess sufficient financial strength in order to complete the assignment. This must be documented through: The tenderer must have at least an A rating in accordance with D&B's criteria AAA-soliditet. Special emphasis will be placed on the sub-point 'Financial strength', for which tenderers must achieve the grade of 'Good'. The contracting authority will itself obtain a rating report. If the tenderer does not have a rating with AAA-soliditet, financial statements, audit report, annual reports, financing certificates or guarantees documenting that the tenderer has sufficient financial strength must be enclosed.
