Nordland county requests tenders for supply of electrical energy. The tenderer must be the supplier of the physical delivery.
The aim of the procurement is to achieve favourable energy costs based on procurements that are flexible as regards the price development, combined with the opportunity to ensure the price of all or parts of the volume.
The total annual consumption amounts to approx. 38.1 GWh per annum, of which approx. 8.9 GWh per annum is boiler power.

Statement from the company regarding connection to any officially approved apprenticeship schemes that applies during the execution of the contract.
Registration certificates in professional registers as determined by legislation in the countries in which the suppliers are established.
Requirement to present a tax certificate (National requirement).
Certificate issued by a competent authority (the Brønnøysund Register Centre) which verifies that the tenderer is not bankrupt, nor petitioned for bankruptcy (certificate from the Register of Bankruptcies), in the process of debt negotiations, nor petitioned for debt negotiations (certificate from the Register of Bankruptcies), being wound up, nor petitioned for compulsory dissolution.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The company's most recent Annual Report, including new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.
The tenderer's profitability and financial position will be evaluated when selecting the supplier. The Contracting Authority will obtain information from Bisnode Credit AS. For this delivery a company rating of A "credit worthy", with part judgement of the finances as "satisfactory" and payment experience as "acceptable" is sufficient. If a tenderer would like to use sub suppliers for the administration and/or communication with the network company, the sub suppliers must also fulfil the requirements. Tenderers who have not been in operation long enough to have a company rating are required as a minimum to have NOK 10 000 000 in deposited equity. The above mentioned requirement is waived if a bank guarantee or guarantee from the parent company that fulfils the specified requirement for company rating is attached the tender. The guarantee must cover all of the requirements related to the delivery.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
During the agreement period, he tenderer must be able to collect consumer data from the network company in accordance with NVE's (the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate) all time prevailing regulations.
The tenderer must have license for delivery of electrical energy in this period. The tenderer must also declare that licence for the future period will be applied for. The declaration is to be made in the tender letter.
