2014/5555 Framework agreement for the delivery and assembly of training equipment

DSB, hereinafter called the Contracting Authority, hereby invites tenderers to participate in this competitive tender procedure for a framework agreement.
The primary aim of the contract is to cover the contracting authority's need for the delivery and assembly of training equipment for the main office in Tønsberg, the Norwegian Fire School in Tjeldsund, the Norwegian Education Centre for Society Security and Stand-By in Asker and the Civil Defence's stand-by and competence centre at Lena. At the main office in Tønsberg, the equipment shall be used by the employees, whilst at the other three places mentioned above, it will mostly be the students at the schools who will be users.
If there is a need for call-offs from other service places/localities with the contracting authority's entities, the contract shall also apply to these. Here is a detailed overview of the localities.
The number of call-offs will always depend on the existing need and the available budget resources for each budget year. It is, thus, not possible to estimate the economic extent that this framework agreement will have in the contract period.

The contract will first be for a period of two-2- years. The contract will automatically be extended for two -2- new years if notice is not given by the contracting authority at the latest three -3- months before the first contract period expires.
The procurement is conducted in compliance with the Public Procurement Act, 16th July 1999 no. 69 (LOA) and the Regulation on public procurements (FOA) dated 7th April 2006 no. 406 parts I and III.
