The Contracting Authority requests tenders for a framework agreement for printing services to Møre og Romsdal County's operations. The County, fao. of the central administration is located in Molde, while 25 upper secondary schools and 37 dental clinics are spread all over the county.
The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement with one provider and aim at initialisation of the contract 01. 10.2014. The contract is for 2 years with option for 1 year + 1 year prolongation.
Graphical services are not included in this agreement.
Total value for the entire contract period, including prolongation periods is estimated to more than 5 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT.

Requirement to present a VAT certificate (National requirement).
Requirement to present a tax certificate (National requirement).
Requirement to present self-declaration in accordance with Regulations' attachment 2 on HSE (National requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: The tenderer must demonstrate financial implementation ability.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Presentation of documentation substantiating financial implementation ability, e.g. credit appraisal/rating, not older than 1 year. The appraisal/rating shall be based on the most recent known accounting figures. The rating, if any, shall be carried out by an officially approved credit rating agency.

Documentation either as:
a) Statement of the service provider's quality assurance system, environmental competence and routines which substantiate the requirement is complied with in accordance with relevant business sector.
or
b) Business sector approval such as the Swan Eco label, environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001, or other relevant third party certifications/approvals for the business sector.
The enclosed documentation must cover all aspects.
