Møre- og Romsdal Fylkeskommune

MRFK has a large number of development assignments on different web portals. This involves the development of new network portals, renewal of network portals or further development of existing portals.
The contracting authority also has an increasing need for apps for mobile units. For a period we have had a web developer employed in a 100% position in MRFK, but we would like to procure this service for the coming period. Even with a 100% position as a web developer, the web development capacity need will be so great that we cannot manage to carry out this service with only one position. We would therefore like to enter into a framework agreement with service provider(s) from whom we can procure development services.

MRFK uses eZpublish as CMS for web portals. Here we run the portals for mrfylke.no and an intranet for employees in the county. The intranet is being continually developed with modules, including an "eLearning portal", «manager portal»-tool for…

All the sixth form colleges (23) have their own websites in eZpublish. In addition to the county websites, there have also been projects with cooperation with the municipalities - amongst other things, a joint system for the libraries in Møre og Romsdal. Within these portals there is continual development with new functionality, improvements and a new design. Tittel på delkontrakt: Development services within Alfresco ECM
Kort beskrivelse:
MRFK has established Alfresco ECM-system (Enterprise Content Management) where we have a need for development. Development on this platform will involve integration with other trade systems, development of new modules, new design templates etc. MRFK uses the Alfresco Community-version (4.2.e) of the platform.
