2014/12432 Firewall solution — support, maintenance and purchase of services / software

DSB, hereinafter called the Contracting Authority, hereby invites tenderers to participate in this competitive tender procedure for a contract.
The procurement consists of 2 parts:
Agreement for support and maintenance of an existing firewall solution.
Purchase of services and software.
There is no cause to submit tenders for parts of the assignment. DSB shall approve all sub-vendors. In such a case, the tenderer shall bind its sub-vendors in the same way as for itself. It is assumed that the tenderer, in addition to expertise in firewalls, also has expertise on general computer security and networking. The daily operations and system maintenance for the solution will be carried out by the organisation itself and should not be included in the tender. For further description, refer to the attached tender documentation with associated attachments.
The tender must be formulated in Norwegian and comprise:
a dated and signed tender letter;
reservations, if any;
the name, address, contact person, telephone number and e-mail address of the tenderer;
the filled-out requirement specifications / price form;
Appendices 2 and 3 of the SSA-V small;
Appendices 2, 6 and 7 of the SSA-K small;
a censored version of all tender documents.
