Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune, as the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to a tender contest for the following services for K452 Spjelkavik Upper secondary school.
ITB — Integration of technical building installations.
The tender contest concerns the role of ITB (integration of technical building installations), the person responsible will be in charge of the establishment of the ITB solution in the project in accordance with NS 3935. The person responsible for ITB will ensure the co-ordination and integration of the technical systems in the delivery.
The services will include assignments to protect the Contracting Authority's interests with the implementation of the project. See the tender documentation for more information.

Requirement to present a VAT certificate (National requirement).
Requirement to present a tax certificate (National requirement).
Requirement to present self-declaration in accordance with Regulations' attachment 2 on HSE (National requirement).
Wage and working conditions: To be eligible, suppliers are obliged to have employees who have wages and working conditions that meet the provisions of regulations of: 2008-02-08 No. 112 on wages and working conditions in public contracts imposes the supplier by announcement of service contracts and building and construction contracts. Confirmation with a self-declaration on the attached form.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Presentation of the company's Annual financial statements or extracts thereof
Economy: The supplier shall attach documentation that the company has the financial implementation ability to fulfil the contract by presentation of the official Annual financial statements for the last two years, 2012 and 2013 including the board's and auditor's reports. In addition, the Contracting Authority will obtain a rating from AAA Soliditet as documentation of the financial ability to fulfil the contract.

Liability Insurance: Liability insurance shall have a minimum coverage in accordance with NS 8402:2010. A copy of insurance policy is to be attached as documentation.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Language: From the supplier's organisation, as a minimum, the Project Manager shall speak Norwegian. Documented by a self-declaration. See also section 3.4 in the Administrative regulations regarding language in the project.
