2013/10510 Framework agreement for resupply of uniforms to the Norwegian Civil Defence

DSB, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority, hereby invites you to participate in this competitive tender procedure for a contract. The purpose of the agreement is to meet the Contracting Authority's need for a framework agreement for the resupply of uniforms to the Norwegian Civil Defence. For a more detailed description of the uniform, see 2013/10510 Appendix 1 Requirement specification and 2013/10510 Appendix 2.
The agreement will be entered into for a period of four years, with an option for extension by a further 2+2 years.
The procurement process is conducted in compliance with the Public Procurement Act, 16 July 1999 no. 69 (LOA) and the Regulation on public procurement (FOA) dated 7 April 2006 no. 406 parts I and III.
The tender must be formulated in Norwegian and comprise:
— a dated bid inc. any reservations, plus the name, address, contact person, telephone number and e-mail address of the tenderer;
— a response in accordance with Appendix 1 Requirement specification.
It is emphasised that the tenderer bears the risk for ambiguities in its own tender and that ambiguities may lead to rejection, cf. FOA §§ 20-13 or 20-14.
There is no option to supply tenders for parts of the agreement, or to supply alternative tenders. "Alternative tender" means a tender which deviates from the specified minimum requirements in the contracting authority's requirement specification. Tenderers may nevertheless submit multiple tenders meeting the minimum requirements in the contracting authority's requirement specification.
