2-BYM-2014 Framework agreement for construction management

To ensure the contracting authority's ability to implement projects, the contracting authority has a need to obtain construction management services on short notice for investment projects and other projects related to its activities. The framework agreement will be utilised when the agency's staff does not have the capacity to handle assignments for which the contracting authority is responsible. The purpose of using a framework agreement is to save the contracting authority time in obtaining construction managers with the right skills when the need arises for external assistance. The contracting authority's projects and the projects' organization are described in detail in the attached specifications. The scheduled contract start is June 2014.
