The purpose of this procurement is to enter into service concession contracts with collaboration partner(s) for operation and maintenance of shelters, toilets and city bikes (city furniture) for access to dissemination of advertising associated with the city furniture in Oslo. This shall occur through commercial utilisation of the existing and future advertising surfaces.
The service concession contract about advertising financed city furniture shall cover the municipality's need for shelters and stop operation, deployment of public toilets, and cover the need for city bikes to the city residents and visitors.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

— Tax Certificate for tax and VAT respectively, not more than 6 months old. Certificates can be obtained from the local tax collection office or at the tax office.

Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from authorities equivalent to the Norwegian ones.

— HSE declaration filled out and signed.

— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.

— Foreign companies: proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the supplier is established.

Documentation requirement: the company's last three annual reports and audit reports, as well as new information of relevance to the company's fiscal numbers.

— The tenderer must have the economic capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Above the obligatory requirements and requirements to organisational and legal as well as economical and financial standing above, the supplier must fulfil specific quality requirements. Please refer to Appendix D for further description of, and template for answers on, the specific quality requirements.

Examination of the specific quality requirements in the quality matrix in Appendix D will together with the examination of the economy matrix in Appendix C form the basis for the quantitative evaluation in the tender competition.
