AS Vinmonopolet

AS Vinmonopolet would like to sign a contract for storage, and distribution services as well as transport services. The need is for the storage and distribution of operation factors and drink products, as well as the transport of drink products and shop equipment. Operation factors is a joint term for printed matter, gift packaging and shop equipmnet, whilst drink products consists of alcoholic drinks for Vinmonopolet's trade shops.
All the products are bought and paid for at different Distributors of Vinmonopolet.
Vinmonopolet currently has 289 shops.
Tender conditions
This procurement follows the open tender competition procedure and will be carried out in accordance with the Public Procurements Act dated 16th July 1999 no. 69 with amendments.

Any costs incurred by the tenderer in connection with this tender and any award of contract shall be covered by the tenderer.
The entire content in the tender invitation is to be been as confidential. It shall only be used for this tender. The same applies to all information connected to the tender invitiation and information that can refer to it.
Tenders that are not complete, or in accordance with the tender enquiry, or which are received late, can be rejected.
Tenders shall specify any deviations and conditions to this enquiry on a separate sheet. All conditions that do not have any reservations on them will be deemed as accepted.
